Aegis Services exists to give self-managing landlords the support usually reserved for people who can afford a full property management team. Too many landlords are stuck choosing between doing everything alone or paying for full-service property management they don't need — Aegis fills that gap with expert guidance and documentation support, while you stay in control of your own property.

Our team brings together real, hands-on industry experience — including a licensed real estate agent and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) — with over 18 years of combined experience working with landlords, tenants, and rental properties across Georgia. That experience shapes everything we do, from the systems we recommend to the way we document a property's condition.
